WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

Personal Mission Statement: Be thankful for life and the opportunities provided. Be passionate in everything I do, regardless of the circumstances.

Passions after 5pm: Spending time with family, watching movies, running, giving back to my community, and attempting to hit golf balls.

You’ll never catch me: Period, because I’m too fast. I was a sprinter in high school and college.

The bottom line: I strive to always be myself, learn from others, and give back when I can. In addition, the AICPA’s National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion has allowed me to serve as a champion of diversity within the accounting profession. The formation of the Commission reflects a renewed focus on diversity within the profession and the need to increase the retention and advancement of underrepresented minorities to better reflect the clients and communities CPAs serve.
