Experience: I started my career in public accounting at DP&C in 2019 where I prepared audits and tax returns for various industries including manufacturing, construction, not-for-profit, medical, and employee benefit plans. I then ventured into private accounting in 2022 where I continued to expand my accounting knowledge as a Senior Accountant in both the farming and wholesale distributor industries.
Education: University of Washington Tacoma | Bachelor of Business Administration with concentration in Accounting (2019); Pierce College | Associate of Arts.

Personal Mission Statement: To create a family where laughter, love, and learning are the everyday norm, and where each member feels cherished and respected.
Passions after 5pm: Spending time with my husband, finding fun and creative ways to keep my VERY busy son entertained, cooking hearty dinners, exercising our 3 dogs by playing fetch, command training, or walking the JBLM training areas, and/or taking fun season/holiday photos of my son and dogs.
You’ll never catch me: Saying no to an adventure the whole family can enjoy together (dogs included)!

In 2009, I joined the team at DP&C in the Production Department. Prior to working in the accounting industry, I was employed in the travel industry by Delta Air Lines/Worldspan for over 15 years primarily in the sales, marketing and training departments.
I have been married for over 35 years and have two adult children and two grand-dogs. After 5pm, I enjoy spending time with family, friends and our critters. We travel often, whether it be for fun or to help others in need.
Professional Experience: Before becoming a part of the DPC team in January of 2017, I spent 5 years in the healthcare field as an analyst for the financial side of compliance audits. In addition to this, I have 10 years of experience in the retail bookkeeping/administrative field.
Education: Bachelor in Applied Science Business Management, Associate in Applied Science Accounting- Pierce College; Accounting Office Assistant Certificate- Pierce College; Accounting Technology Certificate- Pierce College.
Giving Back: I like to volunteer around the community to help give back any way that I can. Previous volunteer events include: Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, serving at the Mission in downtown Tacoma, and earth days at the local parks and beaches.
Passions after 5pm: I am a blessed mother of 6 (4 girls and 2 boys). Married for over 20 years. Outside of office hours, I am taking care of and spending quality time with my family.
I am so grateful to have joined the Production Department at DP&C in April of 2026. I bring 12 years of experience in customer service within the freight trucking industry. My passion is helping others through strong communication, compassion, and attention to detail. I am dedicated to supporting efficient workflows and delivering reliable services to both clients and colleagues.
I also work part time at a local yarn shop in Milton which fulfills my creative passion of knitting and crochet. My current projects include cardigans, sweaters, and socks!
Outside of work, I enjoy a full home life with my husband Dan of 4 years, my Father in Law, and two cats. We love traveling (cruising preferred!), usually have a home improvement project going on, and hosting dinner parties for our families and friends.
